#SublimationTechnology
The latest technology in printed sportswear manufacturing is called 'Sublimation Technology'
You prepare the vector artwork (.ai, .eps or .pdf) and send it to us, or let any of our designers assist you. We print it out on 1 of our 4 MIMAKI JV3 4-head Sublimation printers
The sublimated paper is then taken to the MONTI ANTONIO Flatbed Press where the cutted fabrics are pressed together with the sublimated paper. During this process at +- 200 degrees Celcius, the design is transferred from the sublimated paper to the fabric.

The prints do not wash off, if you wash the garments according to the instructions.
The only suitable fabrics for sublimation heat pressing are made of POLYESTER PFP (Prepared for Print) Fabrics.
We stock many different fabrics from the most renowned fabric mills in Italy (MITI, Carvico, SITIP, but also smaller mills for the cheaper garments in our range). Our product managers will discuss with you the best suitable fabrics for the type of garment and its purpose.
